Orange Box Fitness is a LIVE 8-Week Virtual Fitness/Weight Loss Challenge designed to give you all of the tools, all of the coaching, and all of the support you need to lose weight quickly, safely, and sustainably, so you can get your life back! Every participant will receive their own personal Orange Box in the mail. This is your toolkit! Inside of your Orange Box is a bunch of tools that will help you during your transformation. The program itself is delivered LIVE each day inside of our private Facebook Group (with replays so you never miss anything).


Meet The Team

Jake - Lead Coach
I am the lead trainer for Orange Box Fitness. I have been around fitness my entire life and I really fell in love with it in grad school. I have trained hundreds of people and helped them reach their goals. I cannot wait to see what we can do together and get you to reach your goals!

Joelle - Coach
My journey started when I joined the military while still in high school. I always wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself and loved being challenged physically and mentally. I went to school for Health and Human Performance which reinforced my passion to guide others to succeed in their physical and mental goals. Now here I am over 16 years later, still doing what I love and being a part of something bigger than myself.

Luke - Coach
I spent 15 years in the golf industry before finding my passion for truly helping others in the Fitness Industry. If I had to sum up my purpose, it would be pretty easy. To make a positive lasting impact on people. Mentally for people to see the world through a different lens. Physically for people to live a longer, more fulfilling life. And for my children to be the best possible human beings on the planet and pursue their passions with the same determination.

Lindsey - Coach
I am one of the trainers for Orange Box Fitness. I was always active my whole life. When I started taking better care of my physical health, my mental health improved too. Ever since then I have made exercise my top priority because it helped me in all other areas of my life. I’m just like you, someone who wants to make their health a priority but have fun doing it- so let’s do this!

Laura - Coach
I have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. I accidentally stepped into fitness. It started out when the instructor for a class didn’t show up and I still wanted to get my workout in. So, I found the stereo system and popped in the CD, and went for it. I am also a proud mother of 3 boys, 40 years old, and a dietitian. I love all the gifts that fitness gives you; the endorphin high, mental balance, and sweat!

Alyssa - Coach

Austin - Doctor of Physical Therapy
I have over 5 years of personal training under my belt and now am working full time as a doctor of physical therapy. I see a wide variety of patients, but I most commonly see patients with general pain. Pick almost any joint or muscle and I’ve seen it. This pain can either be from not moving enough or moving too much with poor mechanics. I use patient-specific exercises and manual techniques to correct these problems as best I can.
With Orange Box, I aim to use my background to help you recover from your workouts as well as improve your joint range of motion and stability.

Cassie - Registered Dietitian
I am a Registered Dietitian and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
I've been in the wellness industry for 10+ years and enjoy helping clients get back to the basics in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition can be an overwhelming and sometimes complex topic but it doesn't have to be. My approach to nutrition, along with all wellness topics, is rooted in sustainability, helping you implement choices and behaviors that can last a lifetime.
My purpose is to empower you to be the best version of yourself- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I'm a firm believer in balance, and flexibility and will be the first to say 'you know you best.' I'm along for the ride to support you and can't wait to see you succeed.

Meghan - Coach
Fitness has always been a big part of my life playing sports in high school, volleyball in college, and graduating with a degree in Sports and Fitness from University of Central Florida. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years now, running the operations of health clubs, and have also been a volleyball coach for 18 years at different levels.
After being a participant in the first 8 week Orange Box Fitness challenge and seeing the great results I was able to obtain in just that short amount of time, I knew I wanted to do more than just help with this program from behind the scenes. So...I became a coach, as I wanted to be able to motivate and inspire others to find the success that I did in this program to help change more people's lives!
