Who is our Registered Dietitian?


My name is Cassie and I am a Registered Dietitian and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I've been in the wellness industry for 10+ years and enjoy helping clients get back to the basics in order to live a healthy lifestyle.
