This smoothie is a staple recipe that I continue to reach for in day to day life!

"I make this smoothie at least 2 times a week. I just cannot get enough!"
"It is so refreshing and leaves me feeling full the entire morning!"

Skin Glowing Ingredients
  • Pineapples: This fruit contains the enzyme bromelain which may provide anti-inflammatory benefits to the body, including the skin. Pineapple is also rich in vitamin C which promotes collagen production and helping to keep wrinkles away!

  • Strawberries: Strawberries contain vitamin C. The stable, water-soluble version of this vitamin known as sodium ascorbyl phosphate (SAP) is known to brighten skin. Strawberries are high in vitamin C, which is known for its anti-inflammatory qualities, it’s possible that strawberries could help reduce some of the inflammation associated with acne.

  • Chia seeds: These mighty seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fats which are used by the skin cells for flexibility and moisturization. Omega 3 also has anti-inflammatory properties and may help to reduce redness of the skin.

  • Nut butter: The fat and protein in nut butter helps your skin recover and stay healthy. It also contains vitamin E which is great for protecting skin and helping it glow.
