Meghan and Her Incredible Weight Loss Transformation
Meghan has lost 42 pounds in just 20 weeks. Here is her story and tips for how she did it!

Meghan's Weight Loss Transformation:
Meghan joined Orange Box Fitness in October 2023. In the first round of the program which is 8 weeks long, she lost a total of 25 pounds. After the first round, Meghan knew her journey was not over. She then made the choice to join in on round two of the program. In the second round, she lost 12 pounds and was down 6.25 inches around her waist.
After finishing the first two rounds Meghan has just begun round 3 of the OBF program and in just about 20 weeks has lost around 40 pounds and is down 2 pants sizes.
Meghan enjoyed the Orange Box Fitness program so much that she took on a position as a coach to inspire others in the program who were just like her!
We sat down with Meghan to talk about her journey with weight loss and Orange Box Fitness.

What made you want to join Orange Box Fitness?
Meghan values her family deeply and stated that they were the main reason she joined the program. They wanted to be involved together. At first, Meghan did not know her "Why" but through the program she began to feel the difference it was making in her life. She began to reflect and developed a deeper meaning for her journey.
Meghan states, "I wasn’t happy with the way my clothes fit and not being able to do all the things that I used to" "I was not happy with the way I looked in the mirror." I have always been around fitness, but I didn’t make myself a priority. I made excuses instead of really looking at myself and wanting to make a change."
What keeps you going on your weight loss journey ?
Meghan expresses how much she truly feels better in all aspects of life. She reflects on how her mood is better, her body feels better and she has begun to fall in love with the way my body looks again. Orange Box Fitness has no longer become a program, but it has become a lifestyle for her.
"I don't want to go back to not taking care of myself. I know that I have to take care of me before I can take care of others."
What are you happiest about with the program?
Meghan expresses her happiness around the daily habits that she has been able to create that have changed her entire lifestyle. These habits are now centered around taking care of HER and putting herself as a top priority.
"I now find myself spending my time differently. I continue to challenge myself and find more things to get better at. It wasn't just 8-weeks for me, it was a lifestyle change that allowed me to continue grow and have the tools to become better for ME."

5:30 a.m. Live Workout + 64 ounces of water
6:30 a.m. Breakfast & Shower
7:00 a.m. 10 pages of reading
7:30 a.m. Work
12:00 p.m. Orange Box Fitness Live Podcast
5:00 p.m. Walk with Dogs
5:30 p.m. Dinner & Family Time
Meghan emphasizes all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. She found success not just because of the workouts, but because she committed herself to bettering herself in all aspects. She states, "I notice when I do not workout, read or reach my daily goals. My whole day is off, I feel tired, I am unproductive, and unmotivated."
Advice to someone starting Orange Box Fitness
"Stick to the process. There are days that are going to be hard, but you want to start this journey for a reason. It becomes easier as you dedicate yourself to the process. Simply trust the process."
What is next for Meghan?
As Meghan is deep into the third round of Orange Box Fitness and coaching other members, she wants to lose another 12 pounds in this 8 week span. BUT she is not just focused on the scale. She has big goals she wants to reach.
" I want more core strength to prevent back injuries. I also want to keep building my cardio endurance. My goal for this summer is to get back into triahlons like I did in college. I want to open new doors and continue this adventure."
